I’m in love with big machines!

I started my carrier as a computer engineer at Profi-Bagger Ltd in 2006. I still can repair and install them, I also know the programming basics. This year was a big milestone in my life because my first daughter was also born in 2006. My second one was born in the beginning of 2008.

Besides the computers, I was able to work with my true love: big machines. Tana shredders was the first calling for me, and it was just the beginning. At that time, the company I worked for was the one of the leading mobile machinery handlers in Hungary. I was responsible to find the right machines, and solutions that would fulfil the requirements of this new field, compatible waste management system installation in Hungary. During this time, I made contacts and expanded my professional network with Hammel, Arjes, Neuson Ecotec, Nihot, Cross Wrap, Doppstadt, Steinert, and learned all the machines well.

In 2013, we won our first tender and were asked/invited to create Hungary’s first EU regulation compatible waste treatment system in Királyszentistván, Veszprém County. Since there was no other system like that in Hungary before, it was a big challenge. As managing the project, I identified the professionals and companies with the knowledge we didn’t yet have. Beside leading and organizing the project, I designed the system in AutoCAD. I coordinated with all participants: the suppliers, the conveyor belt suppliers, the structural engineers, the electrical designers, the ironworkers, and our own team who built the whole factory.

The challenge created by the lack of experience and local examples was managed/solved with the help of brilliant people from all over Europe. I learned a lot and gained knowledge about how waste treatment technology works, what makes a system perform well, and what are the potential obstacles to handle.

In the next 6-7 years I focused on waste and waste treatment only. We built 5 more complete treatment plants.

At end of 2020, my Company split into two separate companies: Profi-Bagger Service Ltd. and Profi-Bagger Ltd. Since February 2020, I lead the mechanics team in the Service Company. I plan their daily tasks, and I provide them professional support if they have a complicated repair. At the same time, I support the sales force as well, with my technical and design expertise.
