The challange of the project was that the hall was planned and constracted before the machinery layout was designed. I had an inspiration and had an out-of-the-box idea to turn the windshifter around and move the material backwards.

I also implented two new machines on site. The windshifter and the secondary shredder were the first of their kind in the world.

With the experience I gained in the past 15 years, this project was the easiest to build, and the most compact full liner Mechnical Waste Treatment system in Hungary.

The costumer’s needs were to transport and to store the RDF in closed, presscontainers. A special requirement was to feed the primary shredder with an under floor, chain conveyor.

- 1 unit of DOPPSTADT DW 2060 E pre-shredder
- 2 units of STEINERT UME 75/110 electromagnetic separator
- 1 unit of DOPPSTADT SM 620 trommel screen
- 1 unit of STEINERT UME 115/130 magnetic separator
- 1 unit of AVERMANN AVOS 1437 automatic baler press
- 1 unit of DOPPSTADT DF 207 ROTARO secondary shredder

- 1 unit of DOPPSTADT DWS 1002 windshifter
- 2 units of AVERMANN SP 16 press heads and containers
- Conveyor belts, steel structures, control cabinets
The complete line has been designed and built by our company including the controlling system.
